Drop down box on a webform

Hi there

I have created a dropdown box on a webform on smartsheet. 

Firstly, does anyone know how to edit the drop down list once created?

Secondly, I have noticed that completed answers on the webform are not feeding back to a master sheet if the answers were in a dropdown list.

 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Go to the sheet, find the column for the data you're collecting, and click the little arrow to see the "column menu". Click on "column properties" at the bottom of the list and you'll be able to change the drop down list.

 

To see new submissions to your sheet, you need to "refresh" the sheet. At the top of your sheet, find the little drop down arrow to the left of your sheet's title, click it and find "refresh".

Not only column properties but double clicking on the column header will work as well.

Sometimes, the webform changes the sequence of my drop down options, and I want to keep the sequence I use in the sheet (I want "Other- explain in Comments" to be last and webform wants it to be first).

That seems odd.

Can you post a screen shot of your drop down list in the WebForm?

 

I'll try to reproduce it.
