Resource Views by Project

I am having numerous challenges with the Resource Views and not finding them particularly useful.

I only want to see resources for particular sheets, my preference would be to select a workspace that contains all the sheets but as this is not available I am selecting all the sheets individually, however, I am still getting resources appear for "Other Projects".

1) Is there any way or plans to select resources by workspace?

2) Why are "Other Projects" appearing in my resource view?

Answer to question 2.

NOTE: If a resource is allocated to tasks in sheets that aren't shared to you, the allocation across all of these sheets will be combined and listed under Other Sheets in the Resource View.
