Question regarding guest accounts

Hi All,

I am a member of my organizations IT Support team and I am currently researching an issue reported by one of our internal users:

We have a user outside of our organization that has been invited to work on some smartsheet documents with some of our users.  I believe this is through a guest account that was given elevated privileges but are reporting that this has been working but recently they have been unable to send update requests via Smartsheet's interface.  I wanted to see if guest accounts have a limited term of life or use or how to best to about troubleshooting why this user is no longer able to do the stuff they were previously able to do so?


Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
