Is there a way to clean out the list of who was sent this way? I only want to see what items I have as recurring and not see ones I did as a one off.

I am trying to create a Purchase Order in smartsheet. I looked at the community and an old thread said there was a purchase request template, but i guess it is gone because I do not have it? Is there a good way to create purchase orders within smartsheet?
