Gantt Chart view for Daily / weekly / monthly Scheduled works

Hi all, We are new to this amazing product.

We have separate 9 sites that have numerous different types of scheduled maitenance required at different times. Is there a clear way of displaying this in a gantt chart or spreadsheet type of format?

example - Daily clean, weekly service, monthly polish, yearly audit.

Hi Gecko 

You will need to make sure your column names are uniform across the constituent sheets but once that is right, you can use Reports to pull all your nine sheets into one Report using selective criteria like next 7 days etc.

If you havent tried that already then you will see there is a Gantt and a sheet view and they are editable, so effectively become your "To Do" lists. Available on mobile too for your onsite people.
