i can see the option to upload a file from gladinet but when I press to select gladinet I don't get any folder options...just a blank screen. Any ideas please?

I'm not sure if Smartsheet is made to work with services like Gladinet cloud. I'd recommend that you see if the page loads on wifi, versus cellular data.
If you get a blank page on wifi as well, you may want to email our support team at Support@Smartsheet.com to see if they can troubleshoot and determine if the Smartsheet mobile app can work with Gladinet.
