How do I delete a Dynamic View that no longer works

Getting the message: "This view is currently broken. Please contact the view owner." 

Unfortunately, the owner of the sheet no longer works here. I need to clean up the dynamic views as they are causing confusion. 

I am an administrator for the company account.

    You need to take the license away from the user and transfer the sheets they owned to yourself. Be aware this can break update requests they have created, so if they have extensive development in the program you might need to prepare before transferring their sheets. After you transfer the ownership to yourself you will see all of their development, and be able to transfer each item individually to appropriate owners, or keep them yourself.
