How do you link an entire row?

I have several detailed gnatt charts for each of my projects as well as my groups projects. However the VP of our department would like to see a single gnatt that would only show all of the projects in a single gnatt.  On this single gnatt it would only show the status of the Parent and not its childern. This way he would have a top level view and if needed he can then look at the detailed gnatt and its childern.  

I played around but the system will only allow me to link individual cells not rows. 

I would also think that the layout of each gnatt would need to be the same inorder for this to work. Meaning all of my column titles have to be layed out the same left to right.

You simply create a column and insert any letter on the lines you want to appear.

Do this on all sheets.

Now create a report from them and filter the column letter created.
