Quality Assurance or Quality Control Templates
does anyone know if templates exist for either of the quality points I listed?

Hi Tony, Smartsheet doesn't have QA or QC templates but I'll send your feedback for such over to our Solutions team. The closest I can think of is that we have a Product Testing sheet in one of our solutions: https://www.smartsheet.com/product-development-solutions/product-testing#HeroContent
This template seems geared toward software QA but you might be able to adapt it to your needs.
You'll have to get the whole solution (which includes multiple sheets, folders, and possibly reports) to see that particular sheet, but you can delete what you don't find necessary.

Can you be more specific about your QA/QC needs?
That is a huge category and likely there isn't a one size fits all.

I didn’t have necessarily anything in mind- I just wanted to learn from or see what other companies may be doing (if anything).
