I have a project that has partners in China. I want my gantt chart and certain tasks to work around their Chinese New Year from end of Jan to middle of February, so it reflects that the Chinese will not be working on the project.  How would I do that?

in the project settings you can add any dates you want as holidays.

Be aware that the Project Settings are by sheet, not by person/resource as is the case in some other PM tools.

I ran into this with a multi-national team and set up a holiday sheet for each person that would then show over-allocation.

Not as clean as if a 7 day task fell around the days off, but workable.
