Issue in sending update request

Dear Sir,

 

My company has a Business account with Smartsheet with 3 licensed users. The other employees of the company also working with a smartsheet account as a free user. Earlier they are able to send update request from their smartsheet and get updates from other users of smartsheet. But now after updation of software the free users are unable to send update requests and smartsheet is asking to upgrade their account to a buy a license as a Paid user. Now, after using smartsheet from last 5 years with 3 licensed and free users smartsheet is creating issues in smartsheet functions. Now, please assist how to resolve this problem.

    Hi Bharti,

    As a workaround, you could maybe add an Automation Workflow that would trigger through a checkbox or similar.
