Move Row Automation
Hi All- I have a process where I copy and rename a templates folder (the contents are not actually templates but standard forms) from an admin workspace to an active workspace. Within the copied folder, one sheet uses the move row automation to archive a block of rows to another sheet within that same copied folder. The issue I have is the move row automation continues to point to the archive sheet in the template folder instead of the copied archive sheet. When the folder is copied, I thought the automation would automatically point to the new copied sheet. All other automation is working. Does this one workflow not work this way?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

When you "Save as New..." double check that the "Newly Created Sheets" option is selected.

I thought of that and tested to be sure. I still have the same result. The workflow still points to the original archived sheet not the copied archived sheet.
Any other ideas?

I think it may be because you are referencing a specific sheet in the workflow itself. I would suggest reaching out to support to see if that is intended and then either going from there if it is not or submitting a product enhancement request if it is.

Same issues. Unfortunately, this loos like the design of Smartsheet. Has anyone found out something different?
