I am creating a web form and I've created a dropdown list. I want the end user to be able to choose multiple options if needed, but the dropdown list won't allow that. How can I make that work? Or what is the other suggested format?
The current work around is to have a column for each option using the checkbox option and when creating the webform you can visually make it look like it is part of one question.
Thanks!
Are you working on an enhancement for this? I have too many options to create columns for a work around. I need them to choose more than one answer if applicable.
Tana, I completely agree! I took me hours to create my webform!
Tana & Katie,
Can you describe what would happen to the data AFTER the user selects multiple things from your drop-down list?
I'm looking for more information on your use case.
For example, if the selections are products, then each has a (potentially) different cost, so needs to parse that information back out again, so a single cell to capture the data won't work.
Thanks.
