Move Row - System Column name ERROR

I'm working to have a request sheet move rows to a active list sheet. I'm getting the following error and having trouble finding information on what column name actions I need to look to correct.

Any help pointing me where I can find column naming rules to enable the Move Row work would be appreciated.

Have you tried changing the names of the System Column(s) that are the same?

I am having the same issue with Row Copy. If I change the column name, the workflow stops giving me the error. It worked for 111 times. Nothing has changed with the sheet so I am not sure why the error now. If I rename the offending column, the workflow should then add the system column into the sheet since it has nothing to match it to. If I delete the offending column, then the added system column will cause the error again. How do I win here?

I've got the same issue. Strange as used this "move rows" options often in the past and worked perfectly.

Do you have a hidden column by any chance? Or did another administrator rename something?

I have renamed two of the columns which were "automated date and number" columns. And it works. It's still strange haven't had this problem before even when having the same names of columns.

Anyway, if you have the same problem just try to change the name of column in a destination sheet (only system column - auto created date, number, modified by etc).
