HI,

I am trying to share a report to users (not licensed) but can only get them to see the sheets in the report if I give them a license. I have shared the relevant sheets with the users.

Before we signed up to the paid account this was an option.

Thanks,

David

You can publish a read-only report by using the little globe icon on the right-side of the screen. Then you can share that link to whomever you want to view the report as a read-only project. If you intend for free-users to edit and modify the report then they will have to be shared on the original sheet. It has always been that way. Editors on a report have to be shared on the original sheets the reports came from.
