When should we use reports? i see no need to use reports, I want to know is there any importanve of using reports?

Have you ever wanted to publish a view that only showed tasks completed in the past week or month?
Or have you ever wanted a group of consumers to see some columns but not all as a view of a worksheet?

You can actually display a report directly in your Smartsheet dashboard.
Also, you can publish them as read-only and share links to dynamic, updating reports with your constituents for transparency on processes, timing and the likes.
And if you use a template for multiple projects and want to view the same set of criteria across all of those sheets at the same time such as looking at multiple project plans for all deliverables that are past due and having them in one place.
I am looking for a way to automate a cell so that when column A displays 9 'Days Open' (or between the values 0-14) the 'Req Age' will auto populate (or trigger) the ranges provided. Image below: I want the highlighted section to auto populate based on the value in 'Days Open'
Good morning, I haven't needed to do this is quit a while but I went to clean up the "Sheets" folder in my account and can no longer create a folder, sheet, or report in any area of that folder.
