You can actually display a report directly in your Smartsheet dashboard.
Also, you can publish them as read-only and share links to dynamic, updating reports with your constituents for transparency on processes, timing and the likes.
And if you use a template for multiple projects and want to view the same set of criteria across all of those sheets at the same time such as looking at multiple project plans for all deliverables that are past due and having them in one place.
I want to use the exact same form and sheet for multiple projects. Ultimately, it's a survey sent out to the customers, and I want each customer to have its own sheet. That way there's no issue of customers being able to see other information, they can only see their sheet with the results
