What's the limit to the total size for a single sheet and for owner's subscription?

It is only limited by subscription.

 

User or upload type                                                         Maximum file size

Licensed user                                                                     250 MB

Free user                                                                            250 MB

Trial user                                                                             30 MB

Anyone uploading files from a Smartsheet form                 30 MB
