Row Action Indicators

While I can see the Row Action Indicators column in my master sheet, there does not appear to be a way to show these on a report.  I have a process where I have sent an automated Update Request.  In my sheet, I can see the pending Update Request in the Row Action Indicators column --> however, I cannot see this in any reports.  Thoughts?
