One of my teammates is signed up for two alert email notifications. He only receives one and not the other. We checked his junk mail to confirm it hasn't been going there and he has logged into smartsheet several times. I am stumped on how to solve this issue! He needs to get these emails!
Users won't receive Notification emails on the changes they've made to the sheet, only on changes other collaborators make. If your teammate made the changes in question, a Notification email won't be triggered for them.
Can you test this out by making all of the changes required to trigger both Notifications on your end, save the sheet, and ensure that they don't make any changes?
If that doesn't work, email Support@Smartsheet.com and they can troubleshoot further.
