I just moved data from one sheet to go onto another sheet and now it’s completely gone and not showing up. I refreshed and went back into the sheet the information was suppose to be moved to but it’s nowhere to be found. I am trying not to panic.

Have you checked the bottom of the sheet? Also, make sure that not any filter is active.

Also check the far right of the sheet. If you didn't have the required columns on the new sheet before moving, it will have created the appropriate columns to the right.
