Link email on dashboard

Hi team, 

Does anybody know how I can add an email link to a widget on a dashboard? I have a "contact" widget that I would like for users to be able to click on and have them directly routed to my email. Any tips on how to do this?

Hello,

Smartsheet doesn’t currently have this feature. However, please submit an Enhancement Request so that the product team of Smartsheet knows that this feature is being requested.

There is a possible solution to solve this. I will add the steps below:

1. You would have to shorten your email, you can use https://is.gd/ to accomplish that. Once there enter the email or the URL that you would like to add on Smartsheet.
2. Click on “Shorten!”.
3. Copy the new URL provided and add that on your Smartsheet Shortcut Widget.
4. On the widget, it would ask you for the URL, paste the link that you have copied there and then change the display name to the one that you would like.
