Comments and attachments

The latest changes to how comments are typed and the inability to delete an attachment associated with the comment unless the comment is deleted are unbelievably bad.

I have implemented a major solution for our service team but this makes the usage much more difficult.

Comments: Pressing enter posts the comment instead of adding a new line.  Yes you can use CTR key but who remembers that?

When selecting the icon options of making a comment or an attachment there is very little difference in the appearance of the window on the right side of the screen. it is not clearly obvious that the window for comments or attachments.

It might help if the attachment icon (paper clip) appeared differently (color, bold or etc) from the comment icon and that difference in appearance was also expressed in the window on the right making it more obvious the window on the right contained either attachments or comments.The difference in header title for the two windows is ONLY in one word..
