One of the users in my team has Unsubscribed the automation message by mistake.
How do I turn this on again for her?
Also, how do I know how many of my users have unsubscribed themselves in the same manner?
I'd recommend trying to copying the workflow and see if that works. Make sure that all recipients are added as needed.
