Yes, it is. But after looking at your rule above. The notification will ONLY send once the status turns to yellow or red. So that really is your trigger.

I'm looking for suggestions on the best way to create an intake form that would allow external users the ability to upload documents in our system. The idea is that internally we would be alerted when documents are uploaded, review and approve them. External users may need to upload 15 documents. Any suggestions?
