Customer unable to viewing a report.

Hi can anyone help me ? I have tried to share and give access to a report that is generated for our customer. They can log in and see a blank smartsheet with all the columns etc, but no data. Can anyone help ?

    Reports run in the context of the user. This means they only return results from sheets the user has access to. You would need to give your customer access to the underlying sheets to view rows in a report. You can get around this by publishing the report but requiring users to have accounts to view the published report. Published reports run in the context of the person publishing the report. Select "Only available to users in the owner's account" in the publish settings.
