Is there a way to create a timeline in the sheet without using the gantt chart?!
I really need the timeline !

Perhaps you can explain why you cannot use a Gantt bar then we can answer the question with a suggested methodology that might work?

Without knowing too much about your process, there is an integration that allows you to create timelines in PowerPoint through a company called Office Timeline: https://www.officetimeline.com/
