Feedback Request on Some Long-Term Reliability Related Issues

I am planning to build a full-scale Human-Resource Management app in Smartsheet which will be used by approx 300 employees. I am fully aware of its functionality, storage-limits, workflows, etc., and I'm okay with all that.

My only question: Is smartsheet really so secure / reliable that I can take this bold step with confidence?

In other words, what all do I need to consider before going ahead with this fairly complex project?

But, like with alls SAAS, think about backups and a backup plan if it's down for a more extended period.

Hi Nasir, the planning assumption will need to be that Smartsheet is robust from a performance and connectivity perspective and that data privacy is at a level that will satisfy your company's HR requirements including GDPR if you are in Europe or dealing with European data. I would suggest you get your IT team and HR folk involved to scrutinise Smartsheet's detailed information on Security and Privacy.

In addition you need to consider "what-if" business continuity scenarios like what would your business do if eg Smartsheet servers were not accessible for say 6 hours during a busy business day, could you business operations continue via another means? Every business should have business continuity plans thought through and ready.
