Smaller scale steps on the vertical axis
I have used a template for my dashboard and now I need help with the grading of the vertical axis. The scale steps are too large for my purposes, so that I cannot see any bars for smaller values. Does anyone know how I can make the steps closer or smaller?

Ah. Ok.
What you are trying to accomplish is unfortunately not directly possible. The only way to enlarge the bars themselves is to adjust the size of the widget, but the smaller numbers will always be harder to see because of how much larger that last row is in comparison.
Changing the actual values of the vertical axis to a set range or set of numbers is only possible if you change your column names to those values. There may be some workaround using this approach, but I haven't yet tested anything.
I suggest Submitting a Product Enhancement Request, and I will work on a different solution in the mean time and get back to you once I am able to test a few things.

You would need to adjust the data feeding your chart. Try adding in some additional ranges on the vertical axis data and make sure that when you are building the chart, the box to scale to data values is not checked.

Thank you for your fast answer. However, I still don't understand what to change. The values shown on the vertical axis are fixed and I would like to see the steps in tenthousands instead of millions.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of how the data is set up? Sensitive/confidential data can be removed, blocked, or replaced with "dummy data".

Of course

Hope it is sufficient to understand were the adta is comming from. If not, let me know.

I am not seeing my response, so I will post again. If it comes up as a duplicate later, I can delete.
Exactly what you are trying to accomplish is unfortunately not possible. I suggest the you Submit a Product Enhancement Request when you get a chance.
The smaller numbers will always produce harder to see bars because of how much larger the number in the last row is.
I will do some testing and get back to you with my results.

Oops, I just confirmed that it answered (partially) my question and your last comment was gone. Would you mind sending it again? I'm really sorry, but I didn't know that. You can take your time because I have to leave the office now and will be back tomorrow.

It actually moved my comment up to the top of the thread immediately below your initial post.
I have not been able to figure out a workaround for making the bars larger outside of resizing the widget, and I haven't been able to find a way to make the set data values for the vertical axis to work. I can for a single bar chart, but not for the stacked bar chart that you are using.
Aside from the enhancement request, the best recommendation I can make is to adjust the dashboard itself. Maybe have the numbers grouped so that you can provide multiple charts for different ranges. That way each number is relatively close to the others on the chart which will provide easier to see bars.

I enlarged the widget and got at least five hundred steps.
Thanks again and happy holidays!
