Proofing- Previous Versions

Previous versions won't load when using the proofing tool. PNG documents work fine, but PDFs just sit with a spinning wheel.

I'm the Product Manager for Proofing. Thanks for the message, and this should definitely not be happening! What browser are you using and what is the file size of the PDF? I will look into this to see if we can improve it.

Brian, thanks for responding! We are using Chrome and the PDFs vary in file size from about 500 KB up to about 5 MB. It's occurring with all PDFs, no matter the file size. It's also occurring with every version except for the newest, top version.

Brian, has a solution been found for this problem? The main reason we switched over to SmartSheet is to use this proofing tool. But being unable to view previous PDF versions is becoming cumbersome.
