Keyboard shortcuts not working properly
I tried inserting rows using the insert key and it jumped to the first cell of the selected row. the same thing happened when I tried to select multiple rows. I selected a row and pressed shift to select the next one but all it did was jump to the first cell of the selected row. Exactly the same issue with the ctrl key. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong or is it a software issue? I am on a PC and use these shortcuts daily. I've never had an issue until today.

Solved! I had to reinstall the Chrome browser. Now it is all working properly.

It's a wired keyboard and I use Chrome. Today is the first time I have had any issues. I have signed out and back in. Close all windows and even restarted my computer just in case.

I got an idea, can you try the onscreen keyboard as well or with another keyboard? To rule out that it's the keyboard you're using.

Yes it does the same thing with the on screen keyboard.

So strange!
Check that the keyboard is set to the correct language.
Try using another browser and also try it in Chrome again but in Incognito mode.
Any change?

It seems to be the browser. I works perfectly on Firefox. However, my job requires that use Chrome. Any suggestions?
