Hyperlinks on dashboards not working

Several weeks ago, links on dashboards, when they're in a report widget, have stopped working. When I try to follow a link from a dashboard, Smartsheet is dropping the “:” from the URL. So instead of "https://..." it’s trying to send me to “https//…” – which generates an error. What I’ve been doing is manually adding the colon to the URL after I click. 

The links on dashboards from report widgets were working fine several weeks ago. Now none of them work correctly.
