Workflow Notification Not Sent when Trigger Reached
I created my first workflow and apparently I did something wrong. Please see the attached image of my criteria. I created four tasks that met my criteria and should have received an e-mail as I understand it. Please help! Thank you!

@Andrée Starå Do you think that maybe the "In The Next 7 Days" and "In The Last 30 Days" conditions are cancelling each other out? One is looking at future and the other is looking at past dates, but with having them together using the AND instead of the OR.
A date can't be in the past AND in the future. Only one or the other.

Hi Steven,
First, make sure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner) and secondly check the Permission.setting for the Automations. (cog in the upper right corner in the Automation overview)
Did that fix it?

Thanks for everyone's thoughtful responses! At the end of the day, Paul, your answer was the one that fixed my problem as the other answers provided confirmed to be true in my setting. Indeed I was cancelling out my dates by having two date criteria - I deleted the 30 day criteria and the e-mail arrived. Thank you!

@Paul Newcome That sounds like it could be the reason for it not working as expected. Good Catch! @steven.nienaber105336 Try making a copy of the workflow and change/update the condition.
