Workflow Notification Not Sent when Trigger Reached

I created my first workflow and apparently I did something wrong. Please see the attached image of my criteria. I created four tasks that met my criteria and should have received an e-mail as I understand it. Please help! Thank you!

    @Andrée Starå Do you think that maybe the "In The Next 7 Days" and "In The Last 30 Days" conditions are cancelling each other out? One is looking at future and the other is looking at past dates, but with having them together using the AND instead of the OR.


    A date can't be in the past AND in the future. Only one or the other.
