If you have multiple users, can they see if there are any changes to the comments? new repply, new comment added?
Also If there are any changes done, like new tasks, new status, is it possible for other users to quicly indenfy those changes?

Hi 98,
You can turn on Highlight Changes. There is a button on the left pannel with a button that looks like a highlighter. Click that button and select what criteria you want. That way, anyone looking at the sheet will automatically see the changes made. It will pick up additions and changes.
You can also set up notifications that will notify you or whoever you select when something has changed or has been added.
