Cell in child row display value from parent row (but different column)

Hi, I am having issues getting a formula to work to show the value from a parent row in a child row when the parent row value is from a different column. For the example below I would want a formula for the Associated Project column to always show the parent name in from the Project column. Thanks!

Try to add this formula to the Associated Project Children cells.

=PARENT(Project@row)

Chris, what values would you want to have appear in each of the top three blank cells in the AssociatedProject column (Rows 1, 2 and 3 as displayed)? I'm guessing but uncertain whether, for instance, you want "Metrics" to appear on rows 2 and 3, with row 1 remaining blank, but maybe you're aiming for some other intended outcome.
