Would anyone else like the Activity Log to note when an email is sent?

I have submitted an enhancement request, but wondered if there are others out there that would want to see this as well. My idea is that it would be nice if the Activity Log would record when an email is triggered from Workflows, update requests, etc. I don't care to see the actual email, but just something that showed the email was triggered. Thoughts?
