When creating/using forms, is there a way to have the formatting of a entry pull over to the form?

We are using a form to track our goals for 2020. Within the form we ask for Next Steps and Key Motivators. Using one cell, if someone enters 3 steps under Next Steps, they would land on the sheet all run together. We were looking for a way to so that if you enter:

1-step 1

2-step 2

etc

It would land on the Smartsheet in the cell same way. Here are a couple of Screen clips.

Do you want them to be in the same cell in the sheet but on different lines? The same way as the form?

HI Sorry, I did not mean to accept the last question as an accepted answer! (can't undo)

So yes, we are looking for the text to be on a separate line within the same cell as it is in the form, instead of running together. (Normally if I were writing a comment in a cell i would use ALT F, but I don't want to have to go in and edit each entry manually.) The alternative is to ask for each "bullet item" in a separate cell by using a separate column to collect the data in the form.

Are they selecting options from a Multi-Select Dropdown in the form or are they manually entering them?
