Can I create a sheet with daily/weekly snapshots from other sheets?

Hello!

I need to create a daily and weekly sheet that runs a query from multiple sheets and compiles a few pieces of data to each sheet (% complete, earned revenue, labor cost). It's basically a query function and it is automated to run daily. Is there any way to do this in SmartSheets?
