VLookUp Inconsistently Pulling Data
I have a sheet with multiple triggers.
- Form populates row and assigns a Row ID
- Client receives a request to update info on that row
- Once completed, a user is notified to print out the responses for distribution
- I had to create a work around because there is not a way to nicely print out individual rows
- Used the VLookUp formula to populate another sheet
- It works for some but not for all
I have absolutely no idea what is happening. Please help!

Hi,
Have you looked at the Smartsheet Merge (Google Doc) integration? That would probably work perfectly for your use case.

Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend & Happy New Year!

Thank you. Unfortunately, no, we can't use Google Docs. I actually started using a SS template set but couldn't get that to work. They had a formula that looks like the below. However, when I put in the column name [Reference] instead of [Task Name] it wouldn't hold the brackets and just kept returning the "-".
And happy new year to you, too!

What is the actual range covering in your cross sheet reference? You would need to select the appropriate cells/columns/rows.

I did that. It's almost every column on the source sheet. I'm basically trying to make the columns on the source sheet turn into rows on a new sheet. It works like a charm in the Smart Sheet template for Project Intake set, but I can't get it to work with my customization. https://app.smartsheet.com/b/publish?EQBCT=684c7635d8704748b78f4e34a19dbee2
Appreciate your help!

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

I don't know how, but something I did made it work! Thank you for your help.
