I'm watching the help video 'Getting Started with Smartsheet Sights', but the widgets that Erin sees are not the same as what I see in my Sight - i don't get 'Sheet Data' and 'Shortcut list' - how come?

Hi Liz—we've added and changed widgets since that video was created, so they may appear a little differently today in the application. We may need to change or remove the video, I'll pass your feedback along to our team.

You can still use all the functionality of the old widgets -- we've just consolidated them to make them easier to use.
If you add a Metric widget or Shortcut widget, you'll see a layout toggle at the top of the widget config panel that lets you choose the left-aligned "list" layout vs. the center-aligned layout.
