Based on the number of sheets involved in my work, I am sure the final report is going to have hundreds or even thousands of rows in it.
So I am wondering how many rows a smartsheet report can contain.
RIght now there is no limit as far as I know as to how many rows can be put on a report. Know that every 500 rows will be placed on separate pages however it will still be the same report.
In recent weeks Smartsheet upped the number of rows per report page to 2,500, so you'll face much less page-shifting.
I've not yet tested to see if you're now able to search within a report to find content that exists on a page other than the one you're looking at. For example, back when reports were 500/page, when you searched "Smith" on page 1 and you'd come up empty if Smith was only on page 2. :/
