How can I replicate an employee schedule like this?

Hi everyone, just trying to implement a simple schedule like the attached photo. Week by week showing our team of 4 installers (plus extra row for contractors etc) what jobs they are going to. Not a lot of smarts required at this point, just manual updating but viewable on the app.

We're implementing smartsheet in manufacturing at the moment but haven't got to install, surely something like this should be simple?

Hi Andrée, I set this up on PC, looking good. But when I access it through android phone app, the calendar view is kind of terrible. Am I missing a setting or something? With some effort I can zoom in to a sensible size, but every time I re enter (such as open a task to check for comments then close), the zoom goes back to the original.

The idea was for the site installers to be able to view calendar schedule on their phone. They are not all tech savvy.

Unfortunately, that is the way it looks.

Do they only need to see it or also be able to edit the information?

As possible workarounds, you could filter the view by the current user so they'll only see their information in the calendar view or one of the other options or even in a report.

Would that work/help?

Need to see and edit (mainly to add attachments etc)

I've set up some filters in the PC version but can't seem to use them on the app. There are senior and junior installers so the senior guys need to know who else they're working with at a glance.

I'll have a look at reports see if any better way to see it

There are lots of other good things about the Calendar View on app though! Searching attachments etc
