Portal & Dashboard Sharing
I've created a Portal, published it, and shared the published link with another team as viewer only. The team is able to access the Portal and click on the reports that are there. When the team, however, is directed to the dashboard from the portal, they can click on any of the reports on the Dashboard, but they are unable to see any of the information on the reports that I've created for the Dashboard. So I've shared each report with the team members and they are still unable to see any information when they click on any of the reports.
Do I have to publish each report on the dashboard for the team to see the information?
Thanks,
Wanda J.

You can use a Web Content widget to display the published link on the dashboard.
If they can only see information on one of the three, you may want to double check the link to ensure that it is the published link and not the direct link.
If it is definitely the published link and they cannot see any data, check the report itself to ensure the report is actually pulling data. If it is the published link and the report is pulling data, but the information is not visible, then I would suggest reaching out to support.

You will need to either publish the reports and share those links, or share the team to the underlying sheet(s) that feed the reports.

Thank you Paul. So when I publish the reports and get the Published Link for each one, will the other team have to access each individual link to see what's on the reports from the dashboard? Can they not just access the Portal, click on a report that takes them to the Dashboard, then see the reports on the Dashboard? I thought this was the purpose of the Publish feature. This seems like a lot and not too user-friendly.
3 of my reports were published on 1/9/20, but the team can only see information on one of those reports. It seems like there's a glitch somewhere.

Paul this is helpful. Thank you for this information. I've checked all of my reports, and they all display the information that I've asked it to pull from the main sheet.
I will display the published link on the dashboard. If this doesn't work, I will reach out to support for additional help.
