Smartsheet Form Not Allowing Me to type in cell

Good afternoon

I have a sheet with a column that is "Dropdown (Single Select) and I am NOT "Restricting to drop down values only".

So in the sheet it is letting me add data to the cell that is not drop down. However in the Form it will not let me add data.

Does any one know why this could be happening?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to add anything that isn't in the list, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added
