"Move row to another sheet" automation is not working

I set up a very simple automation rule to move a row to a different sheet when the Status changes to Complete. it isn't working. I am the owner of both sheets. There are no other Admins. Proofing is not enabled.

I have screen shots to show the rule and the row.

Please help me troubleshoot. Many thanks

Hi Sarah,

Have you also looked in the Activity Log for clues to why it’s not working?

Do you have any other Workflows that maybe triggers before the one that isn't working? One of my clients had that issue recently.

How is the status changing to "Complete", is it a manual action or do you have this automated with formulas or cell-links?
