Is there a way to add the comments section to a form? Or a formula to move / copy text from a comments column into the comments section?
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added
As a workaround, the third-party service, Zapier, could be an excellent option for this scenario. Is that an option for you?

I don't think Zapier would assist in this scenario as far as i can tell, thank you for the reference. It looks like there may be other functions they offer that could assist in other projects I am working on.

Agreed about this feature - it's great that comments can be added through the "request an update" feature, but wish it was available in a form, without having to add a Comment column and then copy the data out. Adds way too many steps to my projects.

Agree. I need my Comments to be easily visible in my Dashboards and Reports, just like Excel allows the Show/Hide feature for Notes/Comments.
