E-Form links embedded in Adobe PDF files

We embedded an e-form URL into an adobe PDF to create a clickable link in an event flyer. We've done this many times in the past, but this time we're getting feedback that the links don't work on Apple devices. After Googling, it seems that this is a compatibility issue between Adobe PDF and Apple. I know it isn't a Smartsheet problem, however I was wondering if anyone here has found a work-around for this issue?
