Sharing Notification Not Arriving In Email


I am attempting to share a workspace with roughly 55 people in and outside our corporation.

I crafted the instruction/invitation message shared the workspace. Those who HAVE SS, got a notification in the app pane. Those who don't got nothing - no email.

So I tried it with just another SINGLE user who sits near me who also does not have SS. And no email.

Please explain where this is getting caught up if possible.

    Did you select to notify them at the bottom of the share window?

    Yes, I did. We determined that users wishing to share anything must FULLY COMPLETE THEIR PROFILE information in Smartsheet. If you do not, firewall apps like ours, Proofpoint, will flag your attempt to share as spoofing attempts and block the emails from going out from the Smartsheet at. Your "friendly name" is the key to preventing this. We tested this several times and have proven the requirement. I would suggest informing your user community that this is a dependency for sharing via email.
