GMail/SmartSheet fields not carrying over into SmartSheet

Hello,

I've been using the GMail/Smartsheet add-on for several months and have not changed anything but today one of the fields in the add-on is not carrying over into the Smartsheet as it always has. It is working for some of my staff but not all. Any ideas on what may be causing this and how to fix it?

Hi @hmcnamara95571,

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the add-on? If that doesn't work, I'd recommend working with our Support team on this so they can troubleshoot this behavior with you.
