Ability to create a form that will reference rows instead of columns

I have an existing extensive sheet that is built upon rows, i can only seem to create forms based on column headers, is there a way to do this for rows?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment to have your vote added

A possible workaround, could be to export to excel and transpose the sheet and import it again.
