How do I create a condition when a specific drop down item is selected that an email is sent ?

Using a moble app, VSI (vehicle safety inspection) I would like the ability to have an email sent to my Fleet group that alerts them when certain drop down items are selected. For example, if there are issues with the brakes and they select "Problem, Requires Attention" or when they have an expired registration or inspection sticker, and they select, "Problem, Requires Attention".

 

We are checking the sheet daily but there are risks we would rather react to immediately to minimize or eliminate failures.

 

Your help or guideance would be greatly appreciated.
